Find a Maricopa County Divorce & Family Law Lawyer

Family Law Overview

Family law issues are the second most common reason for seeking an attorney’s help in the U.S. Around 50% of American marriages eventually end in divorce, annulment or legal separation.

There are a wide range of family law problems, divorce or other issues relating to a spouse or ex-spouse being the most common. It is difficult for everyone when marriages fail and the division of property, income, and time with the children can cause a lot of conflict and stress.

Especially when there are children involved in your family law matter, whether it is child custody, visitation, guardianship or adoption, you want to be sure that you have a qualified lawyer who will help you resolve your family case correctly the first time.
